Primary school educational visit – Chinese New Year

Emma Fan (daughter of Study Links’ Founder, Angela Fan) along with her children wearing Chinese clothes, visited a Yorkshire Primary School for an educational visit.

She explained to the children how Chinese New Year is celebrated and helped them learn about festivals around the world and the different customs.

 

The visit helped them to understand and inspire interest about other cultures.

Emma talked to the children about traditional Chinese New Year festivities which included demonstrating how to use chopsticks and one of Emma’s children showed them a Chinese paper dragon.
