How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?
We reply to enquiries within 2 working days. If your child is in our care and it is urgent, use the 24/7 emergency number instead of email.
Do you speak our language?
We speak several languages ourselves, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Polish, French and German, and we can draw on a specialist to assist. We can talk to parents directly and translate school reports and other documents where needed.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and we have staff and host families across the UK. Using local representatives keeps travel costs down and means someone can reach a student quickly.
Are you accredited?
Yes. We are accredited by AEGIS, the Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students, and inspected regularly against their standards.
