How is my price worked out?

Guardianship costs depend on the package, the school, where your child stays out of term and which extras you need. Start with the indicative prices on this page, choose the package that suits you, then add any extras to see your final quote.

Can we change package during the year?

You can upgrade at any point during the year. Moving to a lower package needs one full term’s notice, because we plan each term in advance. If you need to add services later on, just get in touch.

What is included in the fee?

Each package page lists what is included. Anything outside that, additional homestay nights, tuition, chaperones, emergency travel, is quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.

How do we pay?

We normally invoice annually, either to the agent or directly to the parent. This keeps payment simple and lets us focus on delivering the service throughout the year.
